Jessa

Jessa joined our team in September 2024 with lots of experience from pediatrics to oral surgery and everything in between. She started out her career in the field nine years ago! She has a passion for great oral health and brings a wealth of knowledge and service expertise to our practice! She is deeply committed to ensuring our patients feel comfortable and at home during their visits. She cannot wait to meet you!
Originally from Lincoln Ne. Jessa loves living in Loveland and enjoying the art as well as the regions natural beauty. Outside of work she can be found spending quality time with her wife and bonus kiddos playing outside, making crafts, and watching reality TV or Friends for the thousandth time.

Rachel

Rachel joined our team in July 2024 as our Treatment Coordinator. With experience garnered from Pediatric Dentistry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and years of customer service expertise to our practice. She is deeply committed to ensuring our patients feel comfortable and at home during their visits.

Originally from Montana, Rachel loves living in the Rocky Mountains and the region’s natural beauty. Outside of work, she can often be found spending quality time with her Border Collie, German Shepherd, and Boyfriend. Rachel enjoys Foraging for mushrooms, Baking, and taking care of her many houseplants.

Gerda

Gerda joined our team in May of 2024 and has been working in the dental field for many years. She is passionate about building relationships with her patients and educating them on dental care and increasing confidence in their smiles!

Gerda is from Lithuania and loves calling Fort Collins, Colorado her home. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family: her husband and son.

Hannah M.

Hannah joined our team in May of 2024. She graduated from Laramie County Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She has many years of experience in both customer service roles and in dental offices. She is passionate about building relationships with her patients while educating them on good oral hygiene and strives to be the best dental hygienist she can be.
Hannah grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska (go Huskers!) and appreciates going back to visit family, yet she loves living in Fort Collins and calling it her new home. She values spending quality time with friends and family.
She and her fiancé enjoy taking their dog to the lake, into the mountains, and camping. She also loves taking advantage of the diverse food and music scene in northern Colorado. In her free time, Hannah enjoys crafts, hiking, concerts, lake days, and traveling.

Parker

Parker joined our team in November of 2023 as our Berthoud Dental Assistant. He brings 3 years of experience in a medical office setting and 7 months of experience in a dental setting. He is excited to learn more about the dental field and looks forward to working with the experienced team at Owens Dental. He is pursuing a career in the dental field, hoping to attend school to be a Dentist!

Originally from Fort Collins, Parker enjoys spending time with his friends and family in his free time.

Lauren

Lauren joined our team in August 2023 as a Patient Care Coordinator. While she is new to the dental field, she brings years of customer service experience to our team. She enjoys learning new things and loves helping our patients feel comfortable and at home at the dentist.

Lauren moved here from Arizona and and enjoys living in Fort Collins! In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and puppy, and finding really good restaurants. Any recommendations? Please let her know! 🙂

Dr. Travis Rabun

Dr. Travis Rabun was born and raised in Lone Tree, Colorado. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas in 2016, where he played 4 years of Division III lacrosse. He then earned his Master of Clinical Anatomy from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska in 2019. Dr. Rabun then graduated Magna Cum Laude as a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 2023. He was also nominated to Alpha Sigma Nu Jesuit Honor Society during his 4^th year of dental school.

Dr. Rabun is passionate about patient care and helping patients be confident in their smiles. He enjoys learning about and employing the new technology that the dental field has to offer to help best care for his patients. He is also devoted to community service. While in dental school helped treat patients at the Iowa and Nebraska Mission of Mercy, where he provided free dental care to the surrounding communities.

David

David joined our team in July 2023 as a Student Sterilization Technician and is working on learning more to become a Dental Assistant. Originally from Sunnyvale, California, he moved to Fort Collins to attend Colorado State University to pursue a career in dentistry. He is currently enrolled in CSU’s 1-year masters in biomedical sciences and plans to apply to dental school afterwards.

In his free time, David can often be found working out at Prodigy Gym, playing intramural soccer, and baking. He loves being in a dental office and learning about how it works.

Jessica

Jessica joined our team as Treatment Coordinator in September of 2022. She became our Clinical Manager in August of 2023 and our Office Manager in September of 2024. She brings many years of experience to our team as a dental office manager. She hopes that through facilitating smooth office and clinical operations she can help the clinical team provide our patients with excellent quality care. She also coordinates sedation appointments and loves helping patients who afraid of the dentist receive the dental care they need.

Jessica and her husband returned to Fort Collins in 2022 with their two small dogs, and they love living in Colorado! In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Heidi

Heidi joined our team in October of 2021 as a Sterilization Tech and was promoted to Dental Assistant in October 2022. She works in the dental field because she loves seeing people love their smile! She has been enjoying her time here learning about various dental procedures and how a dental office works.

Heidi is originally from South Dakota. She has a dog named Abbie and her current favorite color is neon orange. She spends her time listening to Wallows and The Driver Era, singing, dancing, and baking! One day she hopes to travel to Australia. When you’re in the office you will likely hear the music that Heidi picked, she is basically our office DJ!

Lauryn

Lauryn joined our team in August of 2021. She graduated from Idaho State University with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She values connecting with her patients to ensure they get the best individualized care in an encouraging and positive way. She is passionate about educating patients to help them with all of their oral health needs and goals.

Lauryn grew up in Boise, Idaho and is enjoying exploring beautiful Colorado. In her free time, Lauryn enjoys hiking, painting, and trying new recipes. She loves spending quality time with family and friends.

Audra

Audra joined our team in April 2019. She has been a Dental Hygienist since 2016 and is passionate about helping patients improve oral health. She loves teaching proper home care techniques and educating patients about dental hygiene. She enjoys meeting and helping our patients and working with such a fun team at Owens Dental.

Audra is originally from New York but loves living in Fort Collins. She and her husband love spending their free time enjoying all that Northern Colorado has to offer and taking care of their dog, Gus. She is passionate about botany and enjoys gardening and caring for her many houseplants.

Brenda

Brenda joined the Owens Dental team in August of 2017 and has many years of experience in the dental field. She loves working in dentistry and making patients smile! She loves the personal relationships she makes with our patient family and working with such a great team.

When she’s not working, Brenda enjoys her family (her two-legged and four-legged children :). She also enjoys cooking, home decorating, camping, gardening and being in the outdoors!

Megan

Megan joined our dental team back in September 2016, bringing her passion for dental hygiene and patient care to our practice. After years of dedication and hard work, she assumed the role of Hygiene Department Manager in July 2022, leading our team with enthusiasm and expertise.

Graduating from William Rainey Harper College with a degree in Dental Hygiene, Megan’s journey into dental care began with a commitment to excellence. She’s not just highly skilled; she’s also deeply committed to ensuring every patient walks out with a beaming smile and optimal oral health.

Hailing from McHenry, Illinois, Megan’s heart now belongs to Fort Collins and the beauty of Northern Colorado. While she cherishes visits to her hometown to reconnect with family, she’s found her true home amidst the mountains and vibrant community here.

Outside the office, Megan’s adventurous spirit shines. You’ll often find her exploring the great outdoors, whether hiking through scenic trails or shredding the slopes on her snowboard. Amidst her adventures, she finds solace in curling up with a good book, nurturing her beloved houseplants, and creating cherished memories with her friends, husband, and furry companion, Frisco.

Sarah

Sarah joined Owens Dental in May of 2013 as the Office Manager. In 2017 she became Practice Manager and then in 2022 she was promoted to COO. Prior to Owens Dental, she worked for a tech startup and then medical nonprofit in Denver and brings years of business and management experience to the team. Sarah is passionate about creating and maintaining good business practices that support the dental team in providing excellent patient care. She loves working in the dental field and with the wonderful team here at Owens Dental, supporting them in any way she can!

Sarah is originally from Morrison, CO and has called Fort Collins home for over 10 years. In her free time she loves spending time with her family and in the outdoors!
