Claude Monet: The Truth of Nature
Denver Art Museum
Now through February 2nd, 2020
The Denver Art Museum is home to the most comprehensive U.S. exhibition of Monet paintings in more than two decades. Claude Monet: The Truth of Nature features more than 120 paintings spanning Monet’s entire career and focuses on the celebrated French Impressionist artist’s enduring relationship with nature and his response to the varied and distinct places in which he worked. This incredible exhibit is ONLY coming to Denver before it goes to Europe so this opportunity is certainly worth the trek!

Come see the Tony Award Winning musical at the Lincoln Center! Featuring crowd favorite songs by Gershwin, the story follows the story of a World War II veteran in post-war Paris trying to make a name for himself as a painter as he rediscovers the power of love with amazing music and dance numbers!
CSU Virtuoso Series Concert featuring John McGuire
University Center for the Arts
January 27th at 7:30 pm
Celebrating the release of his new album “Lines at Dusk,” faculty artist John McGuire is joined onstage by pianist Tim Burns to perform pieces from the album, as well as favorites from the horn repertoire. The recital concludes with Mozart’s Quintet for Piano and Winds, K. 452, of which Mozart said, “I myself consider it to be the best thing I have written in my life.”

The evening includes a reception style tasting session of four courses, wine (non-alcohol options available), and plenty of time to learn how spices and herbs enhance dishes and take us on a virtual vacation around the world!

Join the Fort Collins Running Club for a group run as part of a structured training series to prepare for the Horsetooth Half Marathon. This is the first group run as part of a 15 week training program.
Women Who Explore Indoor Climbing at Ascent

Horsetooth Reservoir

Enjoy a beautiful run around the reservoir with views of the Fort Collins Foothills. After your run show how brave you are and take the dive into the icy water! Not feeling that hardcore? No worries! Grab some hot chocolate, a beer or a Horsetooth Hot Sauce Bloody Mary and join the spectators area to watch all the brave souls take the plunge.
